المكونات ،نصف كيلو من الكنافة ، نصف كيلو جبن ، نصف كيلو سمن او زبدة

كوب ونصف شربات ، كوب من المودزريلا ، وربع كوب فستق مطحون ،<\/p>

وربع ملعقة صغيرة من طعم البرتقال طريقة التحضير ، يحضر وعاء ويوضع<\/p>

فيه السمن او الزبد ومعه لون طعم البرتقال ويقلب جيدا<\/p>

 <\/p>

ثم يتم فرك الكنافة وتضاف الى الوعاء مع السمن ولون البرتقال ، ويقلب ثم تحضر

تدهن الصينية بمخلوط من الزبد ولون الطعام ، ثم اضيف نصف كمية الكنافة<\/p>

واوزعها بالتساوى على الصينية ثم اضع الجبن عليها وتوزع ايضا بالتساوى<\/p>

ثم اضع باقى كمية الكنافة ثم المودزريلا<\/p>

 <\/p>

توضع الصينية على الفحم مع تحركيها دائريا حتى الاستواء ويصبح لونها اصفر ذهبى<\/p>

ثم توضع بعد ذلك فى صينيه اخرى ويصب عليها الشربات وتزين بالفستق وتقدم<\/p>
